Having a Community Resource Center in Morden has been a perceived need for quite some time, with groundwork having been laid collectively by a number of community groups.

 

A group of community members came forward to help kickstart the project.   This Task Force pulled together with the intention that it would be transitioned to an independent, community-based board to continue developing a vision which represents the needs of the community. 

 

Currently, we are supporting more than 20 local organizations and community groups who serve a diverse population within our community.  These organizations bring programming to better the community and foster a sense of belonging and connectivity.
